I’m the executive director of United Way of the Eastern Upper Peninsula, a nonprofit organization. We focus on filling the gaps in systems no one else is filling in our community.
What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?
We needed support to update our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OneEach Technologies has been updating our website. The team has been helping me understand the tools within the website and teaching me how to use them. OneEach Technologies has been using existing templates to decrease our manual work and provide an opportunity for our community members to use our website to learn more about our organization. OneEach Technologies has created a golf outing event page and registration form. The team has also helped me with a recent snow sculpture event we did in our community to encourage people to get outside in the winter. OneEach Technologies has created a submission and voting page for our "people's choice" award. The team has also helped me establish our car seat and community event forms.

OneEach Technologies has completed the event page for our golf outing. Our community has been really receptive to our updated website.

OneEach Technologies' teammate has been amazing. She is always willing to answer my questions and walk me through things. I'm so grateful to have her as an authority to lean on when I need to update our website. She really understands our mission and struggles. She is always willing to help, and they have so many things already built that it's easy for them to pull a template.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't think there's anything they can improve on. I'm so happy with OneEach Technologies. I've recommended them to other organizations.
